Today twelve women from the Women of Vision Orange County chapter are traveling to Tijuana, Mexico to visit the Frontera Norte Project “Cañón del Sainz.” Located just outside Tijuana, World Vision’s work in the area focuses on improving healthcare, promoting economic development, and enhancing education. Project activities are aligned with age groups (birth to 5, 6 to 12, and 13 to 18 years) to more effectively serve the needs of children and their parents.

The team will spend their time at the Las Palmas Community Center cleaning, painting and working in the garden. All this work will be done with their World Vision sponsored children!

Let’s join in prayer for the WOV travelers and their interactions with their sponsored children today.
