What's your slavery footprint?

Slavery Footprint is an interactive website helps consumers determine how much forced labor has been used to create specific products. A brief survey asks a few questions about your age, your home and your lifestyle, and then assigns a “slavery footprint” score letting you know how many slaves work for you. Says Slavery Footprint: “There are 27 million slaves in the world today. Many of them contribute to the supply chains that end up in the products we use.” Calculate your slavery footprint and let us know here or on facebook what your score is!

My slavery footprint is 36 and my electronic gadgets and cardigans contributed to that number the most. It’s very interesting to see how the things and brands we use every day can involve slavery.

My slavery footprint is 35. The biggest factors are my jackets/dresses and gadgets. What a reality check!
