One week left to register for Winter Vision Trips!
Have you ever considered traveling with Women of Vision?
Women who become personally involved with the poor are changed by the experience. Vision Trips provide an opportunity for participants to see poverty and other issues first-hand, better understand the work of World Vision, visit sponsored children, and build relationships both with the field staff and the partner community. Travelers catch (and come back to share!) the vision of helping communities of women, children and families and become advocates for those living in poverty. Additionally, travelers build relationships with other trip participants, strengthening friendships both within their chapter and with partners in other chapters.
This winter, Women of Vision is offering five Vision Trips. In January, Beth Yeager is leading a trip to El Salvador and Cindy Breilh is leading two trips to the Dominican Republic. In February, Beth Yeager will lead our second Women of Vision trip to Immokalee, FL. Then, Angela Mason will lead a trip to Niger focusing on women and water.
Learn more about each of these trips and find registration links here. The registration deadline for the four international trips is next Friday, November 30.
