YOU DID IT: TVPRA Passes Congress and is Sent to the President

Today, the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act passed the House of Representative in a bipartisan vote. It will be on the President’s desk today. This is because of all of you! Your voices have echoed through the halls of the Senate and House and have been instrumental in the passage of a law that protects victims, prosecutes traffickers and prevents vulnerable men, women, and children from being enslaved and exploited.

Just 16 days ago we celebrated when the TVPRA passed the Senate. This is all after more than two years of phone calls, visiting your Representatives, and non-stop prayer. Congratulations Women of Vision! World Vision thanks you! Together we continue to work toward justice!
