In today’s countdown to International Women’s Day we tell you how you can be among the first to see Girl Rising, an innovative feature film that spotlights the stories of nine unforgettable girls born into unforgiving circumstances.

Directed by Academy Award nominee Richard E. Robbins and featuring the voice talents of Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Selena Gomez and Alicia Keys among others, Girl Rising depicts the stories of amazing girls, including two World Vision sponsored children, Ruksana from India and Azmera from Ethiopia. This film demonstrates the power of education to change a girl – and the world.
