Free Lenten devotional: Clean Water

Living Water devotionalThrough the Lenten season, join World Vision as we explore what it means to see Jesus as “living water,” looking at six stories
 from the Gospel of John.

As a life essential, water is a powerful image of our dependence on God.

It’s no surprise that water features prominently in the Bible, since all of the Bible’s stories took place in part
of the world where access to water could not be taken for granted—as in many parts of the world today,
like southern Zambia.

Through the Lenten season, join us as we explore what it means to see Jesus as “living water,” looking at six stories
from the Gospel of John. We’ll see how God invites us to be part of His thirst-quenching endeavor, sharing
the gift of water with those in need, both literally and figuratively.

Share this activity-packed devotional (PDF) with your church, small group, family, or friends. It’s our prayer that together we can learn more about the living water that Jesus offers — and how He calls us to bring hope to children in need.
